The Company:
My client is looking to hire a Transfer Agency Manager for their growing team. This role will be based in our client’s state of the art office with a young and dynamic workforce located a desirable location. My client is known as a high-quality service provider and forward-thinking organisation.
The Role:
Due to the accelerated growth of my client they’re looking to add a Transfer Agent Manager to their growing team. Preferably knowledge of Transfer Agency systems such as Investran, Sungard IDX and ManTra.
Managing and overseeing day to day activities in line with internal and external SLA timeframes - pro-active escalation to VP of any potential non-compliance matters
Full oversight and review of board reports and confident in presenting when required
Basic knowledge of accounting, finance, Hedge/PE investment concepts
About You:
You will be able to resolve complex issues in a timely manner and identify risks within the role and show independence and leadership within your team. You will have excellent communicational/Interpersonal skills coupled with excellent technical skills. You should have up to date AML/Transfer Agency for Private Equity, coupled with strong knowledge of FATCA and CRS. Finally, you will have a Third Level degree preferably in Finance or Business. |
