This Successful Financial is continuously growing their business and is looking for a Supervisor to join their investor services team. This company is situated in Dublin City and is easily accessible by public transport.
The Role:
The successful candidate will act as an operational contact for transfer agents and would have to maintain relationships with clients. This is quite a fast paced role so you will be insuring all documentation is sent out by deadlines that are set out. You will be responsible for the completion of the daily investor servicing requirements for various fund products as well as following the best service from premier clients and following the company procedures.
As a supervisor you will the act as leader for all daily meetings and process system updates for your team. You will be building a positive impact with peers and other departments within the company. Attention to detail is essential as you will be identifying risks within the team, and holding team meetings to rectify these problems. Client relationship management plays a big part in this role as you will be the point of contact for all urgent queries and will maintain those relationships with many clients that you will be working with.
You will be managing a team of transfer agents, so people management would play a huge part in this role, as you will be maintaining the relationship with the accounts manager and would be taking over their position in absence of them.

Requirements:
Third level degree in Finance
3 years’ experience in investor services
Client focus
Interest in private equity and finance market
Communication and people management skills |
