The Company:
My client is seeking to hire an Asset Manager for their growing team. My clients are experienced in managing commercial, corporate, SME, residential and property loan portfolios. They provide load administration, facility agent, asset management, and special servicing to the banking and securitisation markets.
The Role:
You will have strong exposure to financial markets and the funds industry. You will have the ability to determine optimal strategies with reference to underlying values and property market trends. Experience of working in a client facing role and of negotiating with distressed borrowers and their advisors. Your day to day will encompass such things as;
Responsible for approx. 50-100 borrower connections
Proactive management of underlying assets securing loans
Drafting succinct credit applications for discussion and review with the client
Requirements:
2 years’ experience in banking/financial services industry
APA/QFA
