About my Client
My client is a leading provider of Administration, Banking and Corporate Services to diverse Financial Services industry client base including management companies, large institutional investors, hedge funds, high net worth individuals, and more. They are an independent company with an excellent reputation and a tenured Senior Management team who have exciting and well defined plans for team and company growth across the region.
About the Role
This senior hire has arisen due to growth of existing business and pipelined new business. Reporting to the local Director of the Middle function, you will be responsible for delivery of exceptional administration services to a range of clients. You will act as business liaison and be the face of the company to key investment managers and investors providing them with a very high level of service.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that the team are a high performing, efficient unit who are accurate and timely in all aspects of the team’s goal of managing the pre and post trade management process from front to end. You will manage SLAs, engage with a large number of clients daily, manage team workflows, and review their work, goal setting, one to one meetings and conduct annual appraisals.
Change management and Project work will take up a portion of your role which will require you to plan, develop and roll out a variety of initiatives across local and wider afield departments. You’ll need to keep close to risk & controls in a fast changing landscape.
About You
You’ll be an ambitious Senior Manager or Manager already for the next step with a depth of Trade Management in a middle office setting with a strong knowledge and understanding of underlying Hedge and/or Mutual Funds. |
