My client is growing their multinational financial company and is constantly growing their Dublin team. They are currently looking for a supervisor to join their Financial Reporting team. This company is very accessible by public transport. They are looking for a number of financial reporting roles to expand their growing teams.
The Role:
Your day to day duties will require a lot of financial reporting for investments funds; you will have full responsibility of all audit queries for allocated clients, you will assist management on various projects, develop relationships with auditors, internal clients and external clients. There will also be an element of Central bank reporting. You will adhere to all compliance with all regulatory reporting requirements (IFSRA, CSO and relevant marketing institutions);
You will be responsible for supervising and coaching new employees and motivating staff within their department, as well as being a part of yearly appraisals.

Requirements:
The successful financial reporting candidate will have to have previous experience preparing financial statements and reporting monthly audits. You will need a third level degree in accounting or business degree.
3+ years of experience in funds
Experience in supervisory or coaching
Comfortable dealing with internal and external stakeholders |
