This well-known financial company is looking for a senior fund accountant to join their team. This ever growing company is looking for someone coming from a Hedge or Private Equity background to join them, and is located in Dublin City Centre very accessible to public transport.
The Role:
The successful Fund Accountant will be most responsible for preparing accounting records for specific funds for multiple clients as well as preparing financial statements for the fund itself. You will have the responsibility of processing management and custody fees as well as other expenses. You will be completing waterfall calculations and performing procedures to ensure funds are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. On a weekly basis you will be completing the cash and stock reconciliations as well as entering the trades into the fund.
As a fund accountant senior analyst you will be analysing the change and fluctuations within the market as well as the funds. You will be assisting with the preparation in yearly financial statements and audits as well as meeting certain deadlines for investor and client reporting procedures.

Requirements:
Third level degree in Finance
2 years’ experience in investor services
