The Company:
My client, an established Financial Services and Fund Administration provider is currently seeking to grow out their Transfer Agency Department on the back of new business wins. They are a US company with strong roots in Ireland. They carry an excellent reputation from employees and clients alike, and have an extremely capable and tenured Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth across the region.
My client will interview, offer and virtually onboard for this position with 100% work from home at onboarding stage.
The Role:
Arising due to an onboarding of new business, this role sits within the broader Fund Accounting team, supporting the Senior Manager in the delivery of a high quality Payments solution to Investment Managers.
You will manage a small team of Payments Analysts and Supervisors with ultimate responsibility for ensuring payment processing is executed accurately and on time.
About You:
You will have a deep background of experience within Payments, good people management skills, and given the high touch nature of the position strong relationship management skills when dealing with clients, external banking providers and internal stakeholders. A good knowledge of a variety of banking systems such as SWIFT, SEPA, BACS, CHAPS, etc. will be highly valued.

Operations
Ultimate responsibility for ensuring payment processing is executed accurately and on time
Resolve issue found in reconciliations/payments/queries
Oversight of maintenance and monitoring of cash positions
Projects
Implement complex and changing workflows
Leading process improvements
Onboarding new business & appropriate workflows |
