| Description: |
My client is looking for a Compliance and Control Specialist - AML & FATCA to join their team for a 12 month contract and you can work remotely.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for day-to-day review of investor documentation required to assist Funds€ with their Foreign Account Tax Compliance (€FATCA€) and Common Reporting Standard (€CRS€) regulatory obligations
Review and analyze subscription documents received from investors for regulatory compliance with applicable laws and regulations pertaining to hedge funds
Perform daily/monthly investor activity reconciliations to ensure all activity has been processed
Review all tax documentation received for any new investors, update daily trackers and Goldtier.
In connection with same, liaise with clients and investors if there are issues with the documentation received.
Assist with the preparation of annual FATCA and CRS reporting
Prepare quarterly invoicing
Minimum Educational Requirements & Essential Skills:
3 years experience in a similar role
Advanced Excel (pivot tables)
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Strong organizational and administrative skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise work and manage time to maximize efficiency and to meet strict deadlines
Strong oral and written communication skills
Fluency in English Language (both verbal and written) essential
Individual who takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities
Positive €can do€ attitude with excellent problem solving skills |
