| Description: |
Our client is seeking a Client Integration Officer, Fund Accounting to join their team. Provides asset servicing solutions to the global investment management industry. One of the largest banks in the world - they provide clients access to a range of leading solutions from fund administration, middle-office outsourcing, custody, foreign exchange, trustee services and depository to securities lending and other banking services.
Job Duties in Brief:
Project manage the onboarding of new fund launches and conversions.
Work as part of a team on large onboarding projects.
Liaising with banks, auditors, brokers, custodians and internal organizational groups such as compliance and MOV to ensure smooth set-up of communication channels, accounts, systems, due diligence.
Prepare administration agreements, service level agreements (based on existing templates) and ensure same are presented, reviewed and signed off by appropriate parties.
Establish relationship with clients via personal contact, ensuring productive rapport is established.
Provide expertise, direction and leadership to members of the operations team.
Perform and review internal accounting and shareholder service system set-ups.
Respond to clients ensuring superior customer service is provided.
Work well with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth on-boarding of new funds.
Aid other organizational efforts / initiatives as required to support the roll out of new products and banking services.
Ensure full compliance with ISAE/SOC standards relating to the onboarding or conversion of new funds.
Work with the Client Solutions team to improve and streamline client experiences.
Collate and review new client due diligence.
Ensure internal checklists are completed and signed off.
About You:
5+ years experience in the funds industry (preferably in a fund accounting role)
Client focused with proven ability to manage client relationships
Project experience - Previous experience either leading or having a senior role in projects (onboarding projects preferred)
Investran experience desirable
Advent Geneva experience desirable |
