| Description: |
My client is a global leader in fund services, corporate governance and related asset services and they are seeking a Senior Transfer Agency Analyst to join their team in Cork.
The Role:
You will be reviewing work of Investor Relations administration staff and ensuring the rules and representations of the fund are adhered to.
You will be proactively managing the team’s daily workflow and ensuring set deadlines are met.
You will be completing monthly and ad hoc reports upon request and ensuring a high level of accuracy is achieved at all times.
You will be working closely with and supporting Account Manager in ensuring the smooth running of the team and the ongoing adherence to procedures and processes.
You will be building and maintaining relationship with the client and acting as an escalation point when Account Manager is unavailable.
You will be processing capital transactions over the month end period.
You will be updating of NAV, reporting to investors and maintaining share register.
You will be assisting auditors and other fund participants and advisors.
You will be liaising with investors in relation to anti-money laundering documentation.
Requirements:
A strong background in an investor services/transfer agency team, for alternative funds at a top tier institutional fund administrator
Detailed knowledge of transfer agency systems |
