| Description: |
My client has an exciting role at the moment for someone already at assistant manager level or perhaps for someone looking to take the step up from supervisor level.
The Responsibilities:
Serve as main operational contact for a range of banking providers utilized by a range of clients
To fully support the Senior Manager in all aspects of the day to day management of the team
Review and approve payments prepared by the team, ensuring adequate supporting documentation and controls are followed
Ability to cover the input and review of all payments using variety of systems when required
Supervise staff on systems, processing, procedures and job responsibilities
Train, coach and mentor employees, develop and motivate staff within their subunit
Provide feedback to Senior Managers regarding employees’ ongoing performance/development/performance appraisals
Evaluate, write and discuss employees’ performance appraisals
Work with Senior Manager to ensure employees adhere to company policies and procedures
Idea generation and ongoing assessment and improvement of operational service model
Requirements for this Role:
A minimum of 5+ years’ experience within the fund accounting function
Experience in supervisory/management skills and/or coaching/mentoring
Individual who takes initiative and ownership of assigned responsibilities |
