| Description: |
My client is a a global leader in fund services, with more than $1 trillion in assets under administration.
Client Relationship Management:
Interact with senior management and manage overall relationships for multiple clients
Provide technical accounting/industry knowledge to clients
Complete monthly/Quarterly Reporting Pack preparation
Maintain the general ledger and various sub-ledgers
Manage cash and Portfolio Reconciliations
Manage income and Expense Accruals
Complete management Fee & Waterfall calculations
You will be responsible for Capital Activity processing (calls/distributions/transfers)
Review private equity fund client’s partnership agreements, PPM’s and other materials
Management of various operational aspects associated with client relationships
Maintain a pro-active customer focus at all times
Constantly review client utilization of deliverables; eliminate unnecessary service where appropriate
Enhance current servicing levels, deliver beyond client expectations
Develop & implement best practice on all processes; eliminate non-value-added tasks
Monitor internal service delivery levels against established standards (contractual Service Level Agreements)
Establish & document business contingency plans for all areas of responsibility
Facilitate new business installations, managing all phases ensuring timely & accurate completion
Requirements:
8 years+ experience in a similar role with Private Equity.
B.S./B.A. in Finance, Accounting or related field
Knowledge of Investment (Financial) Services industry in Europe and strategic operations
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to take initiative and ownership for assigned responsibilities |
