The Company:
My client is looking to hire a Hedge Fund Accounting Supervisor for their growing team. My client is known as a high-quality service provider and forward-thinking organisation. They are a progressive and forward thinking organisation with plans for huge expansion in 2022/2023, hence strong internal promotion opportunities.
The Role:
Ideally the client are looking for at least thee years experience with an element of indirect or direct oversight in your current function such as funds review. In saying that, they will look at strong industry experience but necessarily any review or oversight element. If you are ready for the next step up, this is the perfect role to move into more senior management.
You will need to develop and maintain client relations to institutional investors and fund managers. Your day to day will cover such things as;
Responsible for the review of the reconciliation and calculation of periodic (daily/weekly/monthly) net asset values of various funds
Working with the Managers, you will be responsible for the oversight of fund administrators and their assigned relationships
Updating accounting and client relationship management systems, updating and verifying statistical information, preparing financial statements, and working with external auditors.
