The Company:
My client, a long established and successful Financial Services business with a strong heritage, is a leading provider of Administration, Asset Management, Management Company and Corporate Services to diverse Financial Services industry client base including Aircraft lessors, airlines, banks, asset managers, commodities, and funds. A company with an excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth across the region.
The Role:
This team is a highly skilled and dependable outsource option for Advisers to prepare financial statements, ensuring they conform to the latest accounting guidance.
You will manage a small team comprising of those with significant public accounting experience, and financial reporting specialists with relevant industry experience.
As one would expect, the day to day focus is on managing the financial reporting returns under FRS102, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP amongst others, and CBoI regulatory reporting returns. You will manage the full statement process including preparation, internal and external audit management, through to board approval and filing on a monthly and quarterly basis.
About You:
You will be a qualified or part qualified ACA, ACCA Accountant, have client focussed outlook and be comfortable in building and managing relationships. At the same time you be able to manage a busy and diverse workload accurately and on time. You’ll have similar, relevant experience and be proficient in multiple jurisdictional reporting standards and ideally have a good understanding of Irish UCITS fund structures. |
