My client is one of the world’s leading financial services institutions. They are looking for an Senior Bank Debt Loans Analyst to join their expanding team based in the Dublin office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast growing organization.
The Role:
Review and & process Bank Debt related activities including: paydowns, borrowings, & interest payments, rate resets, rollovers, and restructurings using WSO (Wall Street Office) and Geneva (Fund Accounting system)
Responsible for maintenance of loan asset master information on Geneva Fund Accounting system
Complete and Review Security Price Tolerance Checking for all Alternative Funds within the Geneva Fund Accounting & system using external vendors
Responsible for maintenance of security master & information on Geneva Fund Accounting system
Communicate and coordinate information between investment managers, agent banks and accounting teams in a timely and effective manner
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting as & required
Responsible for maintenance of static level & data across the various platforms that impact underlying transparency for & administrative services and client deliverables;
Query, problem and error resolution on a & timely basis (with documentation)
Train, coach and mentor more & junior members of the team or across the company where appropriate
Requirements:
Third level qualifications (Business, Finance or IT related fields)
2 years + in a similar position
Knowledge of bank debt processing functionality
Knowledge of the Syndicated or Private Debt Loan Market
Knowledge of various security types
Experience in Fund operations |
