About my Client
My client is an independent global leader in the provision of a full suite of Financial Services including ManCo, Fund Administration, Corporate Services, Custody and Depositary, and Banking.
They are a company with an excellent reputation with an extremely capable and tenured Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth across the region. The firm has grown exponentially over the last 5 years.
About the Role
In a technically challenging role, you will work as part of a small team responsible for leading the business change process from inception to implementation for large-scale projects in:
Client on boarding
Transitions
Migrations
Automation
Regulatory change
Mergers and acquisitions
Working at a Group level you will be responsible for leading projects in multiple financial business lines and jurisdictions. This will include planning, multi-regional stakeholder management, risk management and mitigation, budget planning, forecast reporting and more.
This is a very interesting and rare role with a broad scope, which will put you in a position to make a real impact to the business process on a significant scale, not only here in Ireland but wider afield.
It is a highly visible role, reporting dually to the Global Head of the function, and one of the Director of Integrations.
About You
You will be a self-starter who can work equally as part of a team and on your own initiative. You will need Project Management and Business Analysis experience or a proven record of accomplishment in leading a broad spectrum of projects. Process optimisation experience will be highly valued.
Project Management experience in most Financial Services disciplines will be strongly considered.
Proven, in-depth experience of (preferably multiple) change management disciplines and methodologies, such as Prince II, Six Sigma, Agile, PMP. |
