The Company:
My client is seeking to hire an Investment Management Analyst. This role will be based in our client’s state of the art office with a young and talented workforce located in the heart of Dublin’s financial district. My client provides specialist financial services to alternative investment funds, investors, multinationals and private clients worldwide.
The Role:
Your day to day will encompass such things as;
You will work closely with the Designated Person for Investment Management and review fund-related reports provided by the Investment Managers and fund service providers
Undertaking research across a variety of investment fund topics
You will be tracking developments in markets to understand the implications of UCITS and Alternative fund ranges
You will be analysing the investment performance and drafting documentation for investment Committee review
Evaluating new fund proposals and highlighting the key factors to be considered when deciding whether these funds should be approved
Assist in the annual review of the KIIDs for sign off in February each year
Assist with the monthly review of the expense file to determine TERs are in line
Assist with the review of and sign off proposed KIID SSRR changes periodically throughout the year
Assist with implementation of regulatory changes for the Funds under management and assist in the project management of current regulatory obligations e.g., EMIR
Review investment restriction breaches and provide sign off to compliance
Assist with the management of Depositary relationship and participate in monthly calls
About You:
A minimum of three years’ experience in the funds or investment management industry
3rd level degree or working towards
A high level of proficiency with Microsoft applications
A passion for the financial markets and the Irish Funds Industry |
