About my Client
My client, a long established Financial Services provider is currently seeking to add to their Transfer Agency team. A company with an impressive heritage, excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable and experienced Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth in their mid-sized Dublin Office. They have offices in almost 20 locations globally.
About the Role
This is a new headcount hire arising due to promotions within the team.
You will be responsible for the day to day client relationship management and oversight of cash management and transaction processing. This role requires no overtime ‑ you will be out on time each and every day. You role will be to ensure timeliness, accuracy and efficiency with all Transaction Processing related work, as well as work on projects and process improvements within the team.
There are ample opportunities for progression and promotion.
Production is not done in the Dublin office but another European location. You will have oversight on this production for 50% of your role, the other 50% working directly with asset management clients as their Client Service Manager.
About You
Transfer Agency experience is important (1+ year), and ideally with cash / dealing experience. Good communication skills are essential, given the regular high profile client interaction. |
