The Company:
My client, an established Financial Services and Fund Administration provider is currently seeking to grow out their Middle Office department. They are a US company with strong roots in Ireland. They carry an excellent reputation from employees and clients alike, and have an extremely capable and tenured Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth across the region.
The Role:
This role sits within the Private Client department, and is responsible for Trade Settlement and Client Communications, and Transaction analysis. Your day to day will include things such as
Operations
Trade confirmation, affirmations and settlements
Liaison with Custodian Banks regarding client trading activity
Monitoring of failed trades and ensuring accurate broker deliveries
Performing reconciliations across multiple linked systems
Projects
Implement complex and changing workflows
Leading process improvements
Onboarding new business & appropriate workflows
About You:
You will have a strong background of experience within Trade Management. Given the high touch nature of the position strong relationship management skills when dealing with clients, external banking providers and internal stakeholders. A good knowledge of a variety of middle-office systems such as Omgeo (Oasys, CTM, Altert), DTC Trade Suite, Lightspeed TDMS etc will be highly valued. |
