About my Client
My client, a long established Financial Services provider is currently seeking to hire a Head of AML and CTF for 3 distinct legal entities - their Fund Administration, Management Company (both UCITS and AIFs) & Depositary business lines. A company with an impressive heritage, excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable Executive Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, you will be part of a small team in Dublin and a member of the Senior Management team.
Your department will have responsibility for ensuring that operational AML business units and compliance teams across all three entities have an established, and developed framework which operates to a high standard of excellence on an ongoing basis. The Dublin office also supports some Luxembourg and Cayman entities.
Some day to day activities include;
Supporting AML, CTF policies, regulations and guidelines updates
Set the risk assessment agenda
Ensuring the programme is continually fit for purpose
Management regulatory change projects
Board reporting
About You
You’ll have around 10+ years’ experience as and AML / CTF Professional, preferably from an Asset or Investment Management background or Law Firm with Irish experience. You’ll have strong interpersonal skills and be passionate about what you do. A prior fitness and probity process conducted or PCF designation with the regulator would be particularly beneficial.
You’ll be an excellent communicator, comfortable in dealing with high level executives, and translating complex information to senior executives in an understandable format. |
