About the Company:
My client, an established Financial Services and Fund Administration provider is currently seeking to grow out their Financial Reporting Department on the back of new business wins and organic growth of existing clients. They are a US company with strong roots in Ireland. They carry an excellent reputation from employees and clients alike, and have an extremely capable and tenured local Leadership team who have well defined plans for team and company growth across the region.
About the Role:
Due to growth of new business, multiple new roles are available in Dublin, Cork and Wexford from Supervisor, Assistant Manager and Manager levels.
This team is a highly skilled and dependable outsource option for Advisers to prepare financial statements, ensuring they conform to the latest accounting guidance.
You will manage a small team comprising of those with significant public accounting experience, and financial reporting specialists with relevant industry experience.
As one would expect, the day-to-day focus is on managing the financial reporting returns under FRS102, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP amongst others, and Central Bank of Ireland regulatory reporting returns. You will manage the full statement process including preparation, internal and external audit management, through to board approval and filing on a monthly and quarterly basis.
About You:
You will be a qualified or part qualified ACA, ACCA Accountant, have client focussed outlook and be comfortable in building and managing relationships. At the same time you be able to manage a busy and diverse workload accurately and on time. You’ll have similar, relevant experience and be proficient in multiple jurisdictional reporting standards and ideally have a good understanding of complex fund structures. |
