About my Client
My client, a long established Financial Services and Fund Administration provider is currently seeking to add to their Leadership team. A US company with an impressive heritage, strong roots in Ireland, and an excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable Executive Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth in their mid-sized Dublin Office.
About the Role
This is position sits as a Senior Director within the Investor Services & Transfer Agency department with responsibility for the oversight and management of the entire suite of service in a large team of c. 30 staff.
Given the seniority of the role, it is very much focussed in best in class client service, you will be heavily involved in relationship managing, client visits and meetings and you’ll be the escalation point for senior level / tier one client related matters. You’ll also be involved with new business pitches, presentations to internal and external stakeholders, manage departmental and companywide projects, participate in Executive Management focus groups, all the while maintaining a top down approach to risk in a controlled environment.
A substantial portion of your role will take up Product Development, so experience or an interest in Transfer Agency Product would be beneficial.
About You
You’ll be technically proficient and have around 10 years’ experience+ within a Transfer Agency Investor Services department with experience of managing and leading mid to large sized teams of a minimum of 15-20 people. Product wise, your focus will be on alternative structures, primarily Hedge funds.
You’ll be an excellent communicator, comfortable in meeting high level executives and translating key information to clients. Leadership & development skills are of course very important. You’ll be a strong people manager who can delegate effectively so that you can focus on the bigger picture.
Project management skills would be very beneficial too. |
