Job Title: Company Secretarial Real Assets Senior Product Manager
Location: Dublin

Remuneration: €90000 - €110000

Description:
The Role:

As Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible, along with the Functional & Regional Corporate Secretarial Head, for determining the strategic direction of the corporate secretarial services products offered by my clients to entities maintained for Alternative Investment Managers. You will work with clients, prospects and internal stakeholders to develop products that support client companies in their corporate investment structures and help them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry. You would also be responsible for the implementation of the Corporate Secretarial product strategy and working with the Technology and Operations teams to achieve that.

Your day to day will encompass such things as;

You will develop, enhance and maintain the corporate secretarial services suite of products
You will work with business and IT to prioritize product enhancements
You will assist in the roll out of new Products
You will support the sales efforts
Through partnership with the business, you will define, sponsor and steer investment initiatives
You will influence and guide technology, project management and operations team in solution delivery
You will maintain and develop expertise and keep abreast of market trends/direction and competitors
Horizon scanning for disruptive technology
You will co-own with IT the relationship with technology vendors
About You:

You have exceptional communication skills and ability to present to senior management both internally and externally
You have at least 8-10 years' hands-on experience in the corporate services space or related experience and/or at least 8-10 years' experience in Product Management in the corporate services space or related experience
You have experience in international environment and project management and can demonstrate flexibility and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You have general knowledge in alternative investments SPV and corporate structure reporting requirements.
You have experience in developing/implementing/optimizing business processes for the company secretarial offering in the alternative investments SPV and corporate structure administration space
You are skilled in negotiation, influencing, mentoring, guiding
You are familiar with applications used in the corporate secretarial/governance services industry
